Job Description.
1.Responsible for the whole tour team accompanying and tour guide work （Assist Clients with all their requirements during Tour）
2.Implementation of clothing, food, accommodation and transportation, etc.
3.Problem solving skill to deal with the team unexpected situation
4.Maintain the good image and reputation of our company
5.Daily job descriptions of customer inquiries, recommend relevant tourism products for customers
Required skills/experience.
1.Proficiency in using computer and communicating in English (speaking and writing)
2.Strong and good sense of service, patient and meticulous work attitude and good customer communication skills.
3.Be able to conscientiously implement and complete the work arranged by the company and departmental leaders.
4.Priority in tourism and hotel management or related work experience.
* Fresh graduates preferred.

Travel Agent Operations
Job Description.
1.Communicate with customers for itinerary customization, quotation and booking, business tracking and feedback.
2.Working with all suppliers, partners, and Tour Coordinator to deliver tour execution.
3.Provide other customized travel services according to customer requirements.
